For the Fifth Avenue crowd, Pop Burger offers Pop art and three floors of burgers. The takeout counter is on street level. The second floor houses a late night bar and lounge that also transforms into a hip lunch spot every day at 11:30 pm. There is also a private party room with a full bar and a billiards table on the third level.

I think these burgers are awesome. Similar to In-n-Out for those of you from CA. Of course, nothing comes close to an actual In-N-Out double double, but these are fresh and good and have a similar sauce. Delivery was pretty good. Portions are small (even though they give you two mini-burgers, I need two orders to be sated) and it's not cheap.

Awful, overcooked burger with congealed cheese and stale bun. Fries were greasy, mushy and cold. Onion rings were unrecognizable but I know we ordered them, so I'm guessing that's what that was. Can of Diet Coke was the highpoint of this meal.
